SANTOÑA ANCHOVIES
Our manufacturer is located in Santoña. It began operating as a business at the end of the 1990s, although its tradition dates back to the 1930s.
Its work is entirely artisan, respecting and preserving the original and traditional processes. The result is a totally artisan product that maintains the raw material’s properties and characteristics.
IBÉRICO SAUSAGES
Our manufacturer is located in Guijuelo, the fourth generation of a family business. All its products are under the Guijuelo designation of origin. The products are made following traditional methods and are hand-sliced and packaged to order, guaranteeing freshness. The company was founded at the beginning of the last century. They have been able to combine tradition with modernization and increasingly stringent control of production processes. All products are made from free-range pigs in company-owned pastures in Andalusia, where the pigs graze on natural products (acorns, grass and grains).
